With a rating of 3.2, this park has garnered appreciation for its helpful and courteous staff who consistently deliver friendly service, making guests feel welcomed and valued. Many patrons commend the management for their attentiveness and ongoing efforts to improve the property’s appearance and amenities.

The RV park is modest in size but has recently expanded with additional sites featuring newer RVs. Guests frequently mention the clean environment and the sense of privacy that the park now offers, enhanced by the removal of older buildings. Despite its location in an area with a mixed reputation, visitors often note the quiet, safe atmosphere when respecting the community boundaries. This balance allows guests to enjoy their stays without worries about disturbances.

Among the park’s amenities, the indoor heated pool stands out as a highlight, praised for its quality and the comfort it provides regardless of the season. Complementing the pool, free Wi-Fi, accessible parking, and pet-friendly policies contribute to the convenience and appeal for a variety of travelers. While there is no on-site restaurant or fitness center, the proximity to local malls, markets like Smith's, and entertainment options such as movie theaters adds to the overall convenience of the location.

However, there are minor logistical issues noted by guests, such as the placement of RV hookups, which can require some creative parking arrangements to connect vehicles properly. These quirks, while somewhat inconvenient, do not overshadow the value offered by the park’s affordability and attentive service.

For those seeking outdoor activities, the nearby mountains provide ample opportunities for hiking, camping, and ATV adventures, enhancing the appeal to nature lovers and explorers. The mix of retail and residential surroundings along I-40 ensures essential conveniences are close at hand.

We stayed here off and on for a couple of years nothing has ever been stolen from us management has always been helpful and friendly. They are working on making some cosmetic changes . The only thing that I would ask for would be to have a swimming pool. The area has a bad reputation but if you stay to yourself nobody ever bothers you at least they have not us. I also wanted to mention the staff that works here any body would love to have them working for them I would say that

We stayed in the RV park, which is quite small. Our incentive for staying here was the indoor heated pool, and it's one of the cheapest RV parks ever with full hookups! The pool is really nice, and there's a cafe on site. 4 stars because the hookups are quirky, not placed where it's convenient. We needed to park our vehicle partly in the parking lot so the trailer would connect properly.

Superbly courteous staff ALWAYS OFFERING TO HELP whether it's carrying items,or bringing towels, tissue, & even things that aren't necessarily expected necessities like plastic dinnerware & napkins Housekeeping ACTUALLY asks you if you want or need the room serviced and then proceeds PROMPTLY & CHEERFULLY AND MOST IMPRESSIVELY IMPORTANT- DOES NOT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A BURDEN FOR DOING HER JOB The only negative I have is that due to renovations, I believe the rooms weren't fully furnished and were short on amenities like microwaves; but maintenance accommodated more than efficiently when I mentioned I needed an ashtray, a hanger & NEEDED to keep my insulin cooled. He immediately left & quickly returned with a mini fridge, CHEERFULLY! Then asked if there was anything else. WOWTHE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCE FROM A TEAM EVER
